Improv Ninja is an AI-powered improvisation training platform that provides:

• Real-time voice-based improv practice sessions with AI partners
• Multiplayer improv sessions with up to 4 participants
• Session recording and transcript storage for review
• Coaching feedback and skill development tracking

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload or transmit harmful content, including malware or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create during sessions. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your session data to provide the Service.

Our Content: All Service content, including AI models, software, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Audio Recording and Processing

The Service records and processes audio during improv sessions. By using voice features, you consent to:

• Recording of your voice during active sessions
• Processing of audio through our AI systems and third-party services (LiveKit, Google Cloud)
• Storage of session transcripts in our database

You can review and delete your session data through your account settings or by contacting us.

7. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Service. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) - see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability
